I’m Stephanie Talbot, Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
I began my journey into nutrition back in 2008. I started gaining weight just after high school, what many people refer to as the “Freshman 15″….well, I gained more than 15! I tried to control my eating habits but my cravings for sugar overcame my efforts to eat healthy. It wasn’t until I started working at a gym that my mindset started to shift.
I realized I was not successful because I didn’t have guidance and I had no clue as to what I was doing! There was too much misleading information out there that just left me confused and frustrated…and most of all unsuccessful!
I didn’t know what foods helped and hindered my success, when to eat certain foods and how often I should be eating. After changing my eating, I not only lost weight but my energy escalated in a matter of days, my bloating that I was experiencing after meals disappeared and my “IBS” symptoms went away. I felt like a new woman. I WAS a new woman! This is what sparked my passion with Nutrition and I enrolled in Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) a few years later.
The information I learned is invaluable and I want to share it with you! I want you to look and feel your best. Whether its weight loss, digestive issues, hormone imbalances or lack of energy, I can help!
I chose the name Circle of Life Nutrition as I truly believe the way food is grown has a direct impact on our health. What we put into the earth is brought back out to us through our food. What foods we choose to put into our bodies will determine if we develop disease or if we thrive. It is the Circle of Life!
