If you have a sweet tooth (like I do) and you love chocolate (like I do) and you don’t want to sabotage your nutrition plan and eat a bunch of sugary processed foods that increase your waistline (like I do) and you want to be left feeling BETTER after indulging rather than way worse (also.. like I do) then you will LOVE these black bean brownies ! .
Honestly I shouldn’t have even mentioned the word bean… because that might be a turn off for some of you but I’m telling you these taste so amazing you can’t even tell there’s beans in them! Rich in fiber, protein, and nutrients, this treat can even be had as a snack! .

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups black beans Drained and rinsed very well
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup/honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Servings: Squares
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT the chocolate chips and blend until smooth
- Add in chocolate chips last and mix in.
- Pour into greased 9x9 pan and bake at 350 for 18 minutes
- Let sit or 20 minutes or cool in fridge for 10
