Oat-free Oatmeal
A delicious grain free breakfast that can be made vegan (just omit the egg and use banana!) This is naturally sweet and the topping choices are endless!

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients except egg or banana into saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2-3 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs, alternatively add in mashed banana
  4. Separate into bowls and add whatever toppings you desire! My favourite is fresh fruit, nuts or hemp seeds!
